L: 1 Week

Lilianna is one week old! This week has flown by. 

Lily has gained back everything she lost while in the hospital, and some extra! It's looking like she's going to take after her brother when it comes to the chunky-ness...

She gets the hiccups several times a day (just like when she was still in my tummy) and loves to eat! She doesn't love baths or diaper changes, but really enjoys getting her hair washed. It's adorable! 

She still wears newborn clothes and diapers (obviously) and has a love/hate relationship with being swaddled. On the one hand, she sleeps great when she's swaddled. On the other, she likes her hands up by her face (just like E did!). The little Houndini will wiggle and wriggle until her little hands are free. And then she starts clawing her poor little face. 

(E thought for sure I would let him carry Lily around in the Solly wrap. Ummmmm no.) 

Lily sleeps great - napping all day and waking up 1-2 times a night. I love it!! 

So far she's been an absolute joy. E adores her (thank goodness) and tries so hard to help her and make her comfortable. He's so careful with her and loves giving her loves and kisses. It's so sweet!
